Support Groups

At Harvest Therapeutic Services we are happy to offer various group therapies. These groups provide communities for people coming from many walks of life who are looking for support. Groups typically meet once a week for 8 weeks, and range from 1-2 hours per session.

MEN’S SUPPORT GROUP

Overcome “masculine” thinking and expectations.

Overcome “masculine” expectations to improve your relationships.

Come to this group to meet other adult men who are interested in learning more about how to have a healthy relationship with their emotions, practice true intimacy, challenge toxic societal norms and more. This group meets weekly on Wednesday nights from 5-7pm at Harvest. Group goes from 3/7-4/25.

EMPOWERING YOUNG WOMEN

Learn how to regulate when you’re feeling uncomfortable.

A safe, supportive space for girls to discover themselves, ask questions, and raise concerns.

This group will meet once a week from 4:30-6pm on Wednesdays from 3/9-4/27. The empowering young women group focuses on themes like female voice, self-care, and body image.  Come prepared to learn, participate in discussions, get creative and have fun!

YOUNG WIDOW/WIDOWER

Fosters a deeper relationship with your body, mind, and breathing.

Move forward after the loss of a loved one.

This is a safe space where young widowers can come to find support in others with similar experiences.  You will learn healthy ways to grieve and cope with the loss of your spouse, and search for meaning from this loss.  This group will meet weekly on Fridays from 3-4, and go from 3/11-4/29.
