Support Groups

At Harvest Therapeutic Services we are happy to offer various group therapies. These groups provide communities for people coming from many walks of life who are looking for support. Groups typically meet once a week for 8 weeks, and range from 1-2 hours per session.

BUILDING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS GROUP

Want to feel more fulfilled in your romantic relationships?

Join this support group to learn more about attachment, nonviolent communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, relationship styles, and work life-love balance. This group will provide folks with an opportunity to receive support and connection from one another.

This group will meet from 3-4pm on Wednesdays starting January 17th!

PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE SUPPORT GROUP

Start to process domestic violence in your past.

In our domestic violence support group, you will get to learn about psychological abuse, process the way it has affected you or a loved one, and hopefully take steps towards healing with a supportive community. You will learn about steps of recovery, identifying abuse, setting and upholding boundaries, and much more.

This group will run for 8 weeks on Wednesdays starting January 17th.

PERINATAL SUPPORT GROUP

Be surrounded by a supportive community before and after birth, as you transition into motherhood.

New mom or soon to be new mom? Our perinatal & postnatal support group is intended to offer a non-judgmental, safe space to explore and share all things motherhood. You deserve to feel supported during this time in your life.

This group will be an 8-week closed-group on Wednesdays from 4-5 starting Wednesday, February 21st.

TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA

Foster a deeper relationship with your body, mind, and breathing.

Learn to connect with your body and mind to regulate from the stress of life. This closed-group eight week program will help you develop coping skills and thought patterns that help you process trauma, and will serve you throughout life.

Trauma yoga group sessions are created and run on a rotating basis.

NURTURE NOOK: TEEN TALK ON SELF CARE

Want your teen to learn more about the depths of self-care?

Have your teen join this support group and get involved with a community to help girls learn and build skills on self-awareness and self-reflection. Attendees will gain novel perspectives on self-care, develop new coping skills, and learn from their peers!

This group will be 4 weeks long, held on Tuesdays from 4-5pm from February 6th-27th.
